Order Processing (Lead Time)
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.
Processing time refers to the time it takes for us to prepare and pack your order before it ships. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping Times
Once your order has been processed, shipping times are as follows:
Standard Shipping:
2–5 business days
Economy Shipping:
4–8 business days

Returns & Exchanges
Because each item is made to order especially for you, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.
