Order Processing (Lead Time)
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.
Processing time refers to the time it takes for us to prepare and pack your order before it ships. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping Times
Once your order has been processed, shipping times are as follows:
Standard Shipping:
2–5 business days
Economy Shipping:
4–8 business days
Please note that shipping times may vary slightly during holidays or high-volume periods.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we gladly accept returns under the following conditions:

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery

Items must be unused and in new condition

Customer is responsible for return shipping
Once your return is received and inspected, a $7 flat return processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.
